Wyview Park (Family Housing)

Family Housing at Wyview Park is for families who have at least one family member who is a full-time day continuing student at Brigham Young University.

A full-time day continuing student is a student taking at least 9 credit hours as an undergraduate student or 2 credits as a graduate student.

During Spring and Summer Terms the credit requirement is 4 credits for undergraduate students and 2 credits for graduate students.

Tenants of Wyview Park are a part of a Family Housing Community.

Dwellings in the Family Housing Community are generally available only to married students or single students with dependent children.

Tenants of Wyview Park are expected to keep the honor code and maintain the standards of a gospel-centered community.

Each dwelling is furnished with a refrigerator, blinds, stove, oven, and a garbage disposal.

Tenants of Wyview Park are encouraged—but not required—to purchase from a wide variety of
meal plans
to accommodate their dining needs.

Meal plan Dining Dollars may be used at all BYU Creamery locations and all on-campus dining
locations (excepting Campus Floral and concessions).

Laundry facilities are located in a central building in the middle of the complex.

A discounted rate is provided when paying for laundry with Cougar Cash.

Free on-site parking is available for tenants of Wyview Park who register their vehicle with BYU.

BYU discourages parking on neighboring residential streets because it causes congestion and
inconvenience.

A shuttle service is available through The Ryde.

Facilities include sport courts, playgrounds, and large lawn areas.

Rental payments include gas, water, sewer/refuse removal, Campus Television, and a high-speed internet
connection. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
- For internet access, tenants provide their own compatible wireless router and connect it to a BYU network data jack in their apartment.

The multipurpose building is available for ward activities and social gatherings.
