Wireless internet is readily available to all campus guests in the Cannon Center.
- Internet is not available in guest rooms.

ATMs are located around the outside of the Wilkinson Center. There is also a Wells Fargo Branch located within the BYU Store.

The BYU Store supplies BYU gear, books, and sweets.

Laundry facilities--only available during Women's Conference and Education Week--are located in the basement of each building of Helaman Halls and Heritage Halls, and in the Central laundry facility of Wyview Park.
In Helaman Halls and Heritage Halls, washers are $2.50 per load and dryers are $1.00 per load.
For those staying in Wyview Park (Women's Conference guests only), the pricing depends on what size of washer and dryer you use. Normal washers are $2.50 per load and large washers are $4.00 per load. Normal dryers are $1.00 per load and large dryers are $1.75 per load.

Bed and bath linens are provided, but there is no maid service.
Hall advisors can exchange soiled linens for clean ones; however, guests should be mindful that there are not enough towels for everyone to have a clean one every day. Guests may want to bring an extra blanket or pillow if they need more than one.

For any maintenance issues, guests should notify the area front desk or call the Maintenance Office at 801-422-4411.

Microwaves are located in the lobby areas and basements of Helaman Halls. These are available for guests to use, but guests should clean up after themselves.

Guests may park in any of the lots around the residence halls identified by a purple "B", green "C", or yellow "Y" sign.
Limited visitor parking is available near classroom buildings.
Please contact the BYU Traffic Office with any special parking needs.
Restrictions on stalls for service vehicles, employees, hall advisors, and handicapped persons are enforced.
Women's Conference and Education Week participants are welcome to park in the Indoor Practice Facility (IPF) and Marriott Center lots.

Televisions are available for guest use and can be found both in the central building lobbies, and in the lobbies and/or basements of Helaman Halls.
Guests may view a channel lineup by visiting the Housing Technology Services page on the Office of IT Website.

Guests who lose something may stop by the Lost and Found in 1055 Wilkinson Center or call 801-422-3024.
