Current tenants of Wymount Terrace or Wyview Park who wish to transfer to a different dwelling, should
note the following:

Only the tenant who has the billed account can submit a Dwelling Transfer.

Requests may be added to the
Family Housing Waiting List.

Available dwellings in Student Family Housing are offered first to those on the
Family Housing Waiting List.

Positions on the waiting list are based on the date when the current agreement was submitted.

Tenants will not be offered a dwelling with an availability date earlier than four months from
the start date of the current agreement.

If a dwelling appears as available on the available dwellings
page tenants may complete an agreement for the dwelling.

Tenants may not contract for a dwelling with an availability date earlier than four months from
the start date of the current agreement.

A $50 transfer fee will be charged.
Tenants who transfer have until the Sunday following the agreement start date for the new dwelling
to move out of the current dwelling.
Examples:

If the new agreement starts on Monday tenants would have seven days to be out of their current dwelling.
-
If the new agreement starts on Friday tenants would have three days to be out of their current dwelling.
