Roommates and Group Requests

During the registration process, conference participants may request one or more roommates by providing
their roommate's name and a group link number.

Each participant must enter the link number or identifier during their individual registrations.

The group link number is usually the phone number of one of the members of the group; it must be entered
at the right time during the registration process.

For some conferences (Women’s Conference, Education Week, and Fathers and Son’s camp), participants may
link up to six people together as a group by selecting the same group link number or identifier.

For all other conferences, participants may only request a single roommate by entering their name during
the conference registration process.

Providing linking information does not hold a housing space for someone who has not yet registered.

Participants who do not select a roommate will be assigned one to fill the vacancy.
