The CA Application Process is as Follows:
- Application submissions are open all year.
- Review process begins in February.
- Interviews begin in February and will continue until positions are filled.
- Early application submissions will receive first reviews.
- Applications can be submitted electronically at any time, but positions fill quickly, limiting the number of openings for later submissions.
Your application will not be considered until the application office receives both parts (Forms
A & B) of the application. If you have questions regarding the application process, please contact

Selection Process:
- The selection committee will carefully review each completed application.
- Applicants selected for an interview will be contacted directly by the selection committee. Every completed application is guaranteed a review, but due to the large number of applicants, it will not be possible to interview every applicant.
- Applicants selected for an interview should be notified during the month of March.
- The selection committee will offer positions around April 1. Some positions may be offered earlier. Applicants not selected for an interview will be notified by mail or e-mail of the committee's decision.
- All completed applications will be kept on file for any additional openings.
