Place a Vacancy Listing - Instructions

Click on the Place a Vacancy Listing on the Off-Campus Housing Homepage.
Log in using your Net ID and password.
Select Family, Graduate, Men’s Undergraduate, or Women’s Undergraduate.
Select Facility – Type in the address or name of the property being listed.
Verify that all contact information is correct. *Please note: a contact phone number is required.
Select all semesters/terms of the school year the contract is available for.
Fill in the rental details, including rent amounts, rooms/unit, etc. *Be sure to fill in the monthly rent for the semesters/terms that you selected in the contract availability. I.e. If it’s available spring and summer terms , it must have a rent amount for spring/summer.
Select the date it’s available for the student to move in.
Select all amenities that apply to the address.
Select all utilities that students will cover.
Please provide any additional information that you feel would be helpful to students reading your listing.
