The BYU Center for Conflict Resolution can help with disputes. Landlords and managers of BYU-contracted housing and BYU student-tenants have made an agreement in their rental contracts to make a good-faith effort to settle any controversy through mediation and arbitration through the BYU Center for Conflict Resolution. They have a contractual obligation to mediate and arbitrate a dispute when one party makes the request.

The BYU Center for Conflict Resolution assists in any dispute involving a BYU student and provides the mediation and arbitration services for landlords and managers of BYU-contracted housing and BYU student-tenants. Click on their website below for more information.
